Just beyond George Street as you walk into Brighton, there is a variety of places to nice wine, cocktail bars, decent steak restaurants and pubs. Avoiding the tourist crowds from Brighton centre, this is an easy walk to/from the house.

National Rail train stations
ALDRINGTON Station (4-6 min walk)
Trains from Brighton or Hove run along the Coast every 30 mins to Aldrington.
HOVE Station (14-17 min walk)
Trains from London (towards Littlehampton) or from Brighton.
BRIGHTON Station (45 min walk+)
Trains to/from London.
*If you have a "Brighton ticket", you can still use it to exit Hove station for no extra cost.
So if you arrive to Brighton station, you can change trains to Hove and save money on extra tickets.
