Biscuitology is serving up delicious (LARGE) biscuit sandwiches of all sorts. I don't know if it's possible to eat these with your hands - they're messy and big. I got the Sweet Granny, which came on a sweet corn biscuit with slaw, fried chicken, and cheddar cheese. YUM.
