El Socorro is definitely one of the places you must visit while in Tenerife, it has amazing views and the renowkn black sand. It is a nice place to relax or even participate in activities like surfing. In the evening, people gather here to relax and have fun.

El Socorro is definitely one of the places you must visit while in Tenerife, it has amazing views and the renowkn black sand. It is a nice place to relax or even participate in activities like surfing. In the evening, people gather here to relax and have fun.
Playa San Marcos is a lovely small beach on the rough north coast of Tenerife. The beach is approx. 100 metres long and well protected inside a bay. The view from the beach is outstanding with a small harbour on the east side and steep rock formations on the west side.

The road to get there by car is very narrow. Once you arrive at the restaurant, leave your car in the parking area. Before reaching the beach there is a very simple but somewhat steep walk with steps that offer beautiful views such as the beach below.
