California 1If you have two hours to spare in West LA, this is a very interesting spot. Odd, whimsical and eccentric. I am still not sure why I like it. The first time I visited, there were four dogs roaming about the tea parlor. Second time post-Covid, I didn’t encounter the dogs but staffs said they were still around. Must visit the roof top garden. Plan ahead, need to reserve tickets online.
