Personally I think this place is totally over-rated. Giant pastries of poor quality ingredients (though fresh). It's a local favorite though, so no-judgment.

One of the best fish shops in Seattle (and Seattle has the best fish shops). Also has vegetables, wine and bread, so it's the best local 'no plans for dinner and I want something easy and delicious'. It's not cheap, but marvelous fish isn't. The crap dip is brilliant. (My smoked salmon dip is better then theirs, but don't tell them I said that.)

Also has vegetables, wine and bread, so it's the best local 'no plans for dinner and I want something easy and delicious'. It's not cheap, but marvelous fish isn't. The crap dip is brilliant. A VERY upmarket meat shop, with a strong Euro focus. The meat is superb, the prices will remind you of New York. I get sausages there.
