A secret beach (even from locals) located within the Wamberal Lagoon Nature Reserve. The calm bay is ideal for swimming, a private picnic or a relaxing beach walk. It can be accessed from the beach or there's a bush track at the end of Spoon Bay Road. (Spoon Bay is not patrolled by lifeguards).
