Rideshares (Uber, Lyft) are only 5 mins to downtown Nash
This home is only 5 minutes from downtown Nashville, so a rideshare is usually on the cheap side, unless it's a peak hour, when it might be a little more than usual. I'd estimate $15 roundtrip during normal hours and $30 roundtrip for peak hours.

Airport is 15 mins to/from house
The airport is about a 15-minute drive to/from the house. There are plenty of rideshares that are available to take you there at all hours of the day, and there are also rental car options available at the airport as well.
