The Silva Spoon (thesilvaspoon.com.au) tea and coffee emporium café in Cotton Tree is a must visit destination for coffee and tea lovers. Open for breakfast and lunch as well as morning and afternoon teas, (including high teas) this place is a local favourite and would not be out of place in any capitol city or affluent neighbourhood. Try the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon or a Rueben toasted sandwich or you might prefer a beautiful delectable home made slice of cake. Whatever you choose you won’t be disappointed. This place is a real gem!
