Sightseeing
This 7 mile (each way) walking/biking path is a great place to get some exercise in. This canal side trail runs from the train bridge under both the Bourne and Sagamore bridges and to Scusset Beach.
At the start of this path you will find downtown Buzzards Bay with cute restaurants and bars, a family friendly playground, and ice cream shop as a treat!

Take a Sunset cruise around Onset Bay and through the Cape Cod Canal. This inexpensive cruise is a great way to end any beach day. They offer day and evening cruises in the Summertime and launch off of Onset pier.
This is a great activity for all ages. Since you remain in the Bay (for most of the trip) there is little to no rough seas. You’ll even cruise right by our private neighborhoodbeach on the way into the mouth of the Canal.
