Our favorite place to hang and work. We love the honey hookah and chai tea. We also get the Champion IPA (local brewery) and The Kid, when were hungry- don't forget a chai milkshake!

A good point of reference for how far away grounds is. I went to school there and lived in this house and had no issues walking. Also have worked downtown and in Barracks, always easy to get to.
