The Henry is our closest restaurant to the northwest. It is walking distance and you can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Breakfast is barista made coffees and pastries or order and sit down dining. It is a little different look for a restaurant with more of a home feel. Everyone likes the roomy open feel of the Henry. Indoor or outdoor fining available.

You need to turn around once you have drank half of the water you took with you. People are rescued by helecopter year round for usually stupid things that they do. Do not go off trail, do not start out past 8am in the summer, take water, get off the mountain if you are feeling ill or overheated. Do NOT hike at night. There are no "lights" on the mountain in the dark and you will get stuck-most of the rescues are at night from absolutely.....it's coming....STUPID people.

The Zoo is close (you will have to drive) and it is a pretty way to spend the way especially if we are having beautiful weather which is usually the case. Not everyone can say they have seen a Komodo dragon.

This is at least a one time MUST! It is difficult to get through it all in one visit however, bet you have to come back. There is a gift shop, a coffee shop and they often host special events with a major event being at the Christmas holiday. Enjoy and watch out, you will learn a lot!
