Ask for a "Man-Tai" It's a large Mai Tai without the flower. The Grapefruit Basil martini is excellent! The dinner menu is also excellent. They have great fish dishes and desserts. Make a reservation for dinner.

It is 40 degrees cooler at the top than the desert floor so check the weather and dress appropriately. Great place to hike. Stay for dinner with amazing views of the Coachella Valley. During winter when there is snow at the top, the wait can take hours. No dogs allowed.
