When the weather is nice (which is the case many months out of the year for Waynesville!), this is my family's favorite place! The food is always delicious, service is polite and fast, and the atmosphere outside is so lovely.

Sightseeing
The Blue Ridge Parkway is a very short drive from our cabin! Expect to see stunning views around every corner. Water Rock Knob is only about A half hour away, and is the perfect place to stop, park the car, and have a beautiful picnic lunch with nearly 360° of gorgeous views. There is also a nice hour long hike (about a moderate difficulty level) to venture on from there.

This is only about 40 minutes from the cabin. We love to visit here, walk around the old Homestead and along the river, and look for elk out in the field. It's also very close to Cherokee with restaurants and shopping.
