45 minute drive via Axminster (drop into Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's The River Cottage restaurant). Local pub - Harbour Inn is a popular place to eat as is eating your fish & chips on the Cobb. Best place to buy your fish & chips is from The Fisherman's Wife takeaway opposite the RNLI.

The UK's smallest city. Visit the cathedral, Bishops Palace (see the swans ringing the bell for food) and high street where Hot Fuzz was filmed. Wells is close enough for a quick visit. Lovely tea rooms to relax in.
