If you've never been to Bosnia then Trebinje is a perfect 1 day visit. It offers you great restaurants and since the local currency is bosnian mark (BAM) everything is a lot cheaper. Keep in mind that Trebinje involves an international boarder crossing.

Boat to Porto Montenegro
Bijela has a local boat tour that offers 2h tours to Porto Montenegro. Taking off each day during the season at 19:50 from Bijela and coming back at 22:00.
