Activities
The park right opposite the flat is a great spot for sitting and enjoying some sunshine. The playground is a much loved spots for kids and the community skate park a real draw for people on wheels!

Sightseeing
The canal, or River Lee Navigation, is a short 10 minute walk from the flat, you'll find a bridge crossing to the Towpath at the north end of Daubeney Road. A lovely spot for a stroll by the water, enjoying the various canal boat dwellings and local wildlife.

Plenty of buses
The flat is located nearby many bus routes which mostly take you East towards Stratford or West towards Hackney and central London.

Homerton overground
Our local overground train station, Homerton, is around 10 mins walk away and can take you quickly East to Stratford (site of a big shopping mall Westfield or various bus, tube and rail connections) or West to Hackney and beyond. You can even reach the lovely Hampstead Heath fairly speedily!
The station has step-free access, handy for buggies, wheelchairs and bikes.
