Daikaya, my favorite Ramen spot in DC. No reservations, so you may wait at lunch time, but they seat everyone efficiently at communal tables. The ramen is downstairs, but upstairs the Izakaya offers a huge variety of small plates that are outstanding, in what feels like an authentically Japanese atmosphere.
