Best place to see dolphins and manatees off the pier. Great fishing off the Gulf pier. Kayaking rentals are available there. As well as tour boats of the local island. Nice swimming with lots of fish life by the pier. We have seen manatees there frequently. It’s about 30 min drive from Condo down Gulf Blvd.

Great to get a seasons pass if you plan on going multiple times. You get the best deals that way on food and parking. Great in combination with Adventure Island water park. Super fun to feed the parrots and kangaroos. Amazing rollercoasters and rides too.

Fun water park. Nice to go there during the day and Busch gardens for the late afternoon and evening. Especially if you get a seasons pass for both. Free parking if you go that route and often deals attached like dine all day passes included.

This is a great beach to do as a day trip. Lots of sharks teeth fossils on the beach and in the water. Nice snorkelling around the rocks. Wild tortoises in the dry riverbed that runs behind the beach area. Lots of shark teeth there too.

Great place to locally play tennis, basketball, skateboarding, kids park. The library is close by too.

Water park is walking distance from Condo or park at the Holiday inn. Water slide, lazy river etc. It’s a little pricy but you used to be able to swim in the pool for free later in the day. 6pm ish. They have a pool bar and food there too.
