take a stroll there. Go on a Saturday and start at the market on Winterfeldtplatz. Walk down south along the Goltzstraße with many nice small handydraft shops and further into the Akazienstraße.

This is a very nice and not so well known lake near Oranienburg. You need a car though to get there. You can park near the Cafe "Alte Fähre" and cross the bridge over the canal. The little beach is not far. Ca. 50 min. by car.
