Just an epic climb. Not too hard. We've done it each with a baby on our back. Make sure you go early in the morning if it's a weekend or holiday as it gets pretty busy. You really want to see the view at sunrise too. So beautiful!!! Have coffee or breakfast at Palm Beach Boat House after. Delicious.

Food scene
Claireville beach is so nostalgic for me. We used to go there when I was a kid and have fires on the beach. Back when it was legal I guess. Luckily they have some great bbqs and you can have an epic spread on one of the picnic tables as the sun goes down over Pittwater. It's a seriously beautiful sight. The beach is perfect for kids too as it's flat and has shade.

The beach is perfect for kids too as it's flat and has shade.
If you're only staying for one night make this the place you eat at. It's got great cocktails and mocktails and delicious food. It's not cheap but it's worth it. Great atmosphere too and the waiters are lovely!

This is a book store but it's also a cafe. It's a great place to waste time in and ponder and relax after a swim. Sal the owner is so lovely as is all the staff. Highly recommend a visit.

Whale beach is a stunning beach and I often hear people saying it's their favourite beach of all time. Something about the size of it and the shape of the headland. Great surf for experienced surfers and you can spend hours climbing on the rocks.
