There are hikes nearby and all the beach activity you can ask for. The downtown area is Riviera Village. It's cute and quaint with great local shops and restaurants. It's walkable and family friendly. There is a Trader Joes and Vons nearby for easy grocery shopping. All you need at your fingertips including spas, nail and hair salons, bike rentals and more.
