Fun excursion especially when it's sunny. The rose garden, amphitheater, mountain views, tennis, frisbee, picnic spot. The backside of the park brings you to the Japanese Garden, and Portland Zoo. The homes behind it are some of the oldest in town and make a great walking tour.
