This is a great place to stop for a lunch/ cup coffee /dessert coming back from a long hike in the summer. They get busy, so you could wait for your food. The scenery is gorgeous .

Beautiful drive on the ridge with views of Lake Tahoe and Fallen Leaf Lake. (Plenty of hiking as well) Angora Lake is great for kids and adults to swim.
