Sightseeing
Just a short walk from the house you can go for a swim (this is also here we take the canoe to). It’s simply on the other side of the main road when you walk down the road from the house. The water is shalow in some places and offers different swimming activities. It has an open 24/7 self service minimarket shop it’s a good stop on the walk home for an ice cream. There is also a bit larger grocery shop opening in summertime. You can fish from the edge of the small harbour but unsure if you will catch anything.

You can hike from next to the Spar or drive up to Kleivstua hotel (we drive up). A nice hike ok for kids +4 years, there are small places to make a fire and roast Marshmallows at the top.

Take a left turn 200 meters after the Sollihøgda bridge and drive uphill until you reach the parking. Remember to pay as they seem to check every 15 min. Download the app iMarka for the network of tracks and their status. (No renting of equipment).
