Train (https://www.southeasternrailway.co.uk/): • Canterbury East Station (10 minute walk) – trains from Dover up to London Victoria. • Canterbury West Stations (25 minute walk) – trains from Margate, Dover up to London Victoria, London Charing Cross, London Victoria and the high speed trains to London St Pancras. Use this line to connect to Eurostar at Ashford International Station for trains to France and Belgium • Tickets do not need to purchased in advance. Seats are not allocated on the trains. Bus: • Stagecoach operate all buses within Canterbury and travel to other towns and villa

We are lucky to have multiple car parks within 3 minutes walk of 8 Castle Street. Not all of them accept the Hotel Voucher for 24 hour parking (which can be purchased from us for £8, cost price). Please see the map for their location: • Castle Row car park: Accepts Hotel Vouchers. £1.90 per hour between 07.30am to 9pm. Overnight charge £2 from 9pm to 07.30am, minimum fee is 1 hr parking charge. No height restrictions. • Castle Street Multi-Storey car park: During Covid-19 this car park currently accepts Hotel Vouchers. £3.50 per day. Overnight charge £2 from 9pm to 07.30am, minimum

• Theatre – Marlowe Theatre. The Gulbenkian Theatre (on the University of Kent Campus). • Cinema – Odeon Cinema and Curzon cinemas are both in the centre of town. The Gulbenkian on the University of Kent Campus also has a cinema and shows a mixture of mainstream and art films • Other – Houdini’s Magic Bar • Check the Kent Country Cricket Spitfire Ground for their 3 big named bands live outdoor shows
