Portsmouth is an active port and there’s a naval base located here. There is quite a few places to shop and places to eat. The Naval Dockyard is worth a visit and I’d recommend the harbour tour.

There is a fair bit of shopping that can be done in Chichester as well as sightseeing. The harbour has some lovely walks and offers boat trips.

Wide selection of items for sale stacked high and selling cheaper than your standard shops. Be aware of use by/sell-by dates as some can be very short. Parking is limited and free. There is a post office inside this store as well.

We take talcum powder with us on visits to the beach as it helps get the sand off your feet after a paddle or fun on the sand. You can check the tide times for the beach online to make sure you can make the most of your visit.
