NOT OPEN CURRENTLY, however you can walk up to an old submarine. When it reopens, it’s a lovely science museum for adults and kids alike. If you’re lucky enough to be visiting for one of their OMSI After Dark events, those are highly recommended

The last time I checked, the grounds were still open. There’s a wonderful view of Portland and good history here.
