Go to New York for the day! A quick 10 minute car ride to the Charlotte Ferry, 20 minute crossing . You can leave your car on the Charlotte side of the lake , walk on Ferry, walk around Essex. Dine at the Essex Inn ! I recommend to check hours of operation and to make a reservation.

a 45 minute car ride, bring your bike and park at Lost Nation Brewing Company in Morrisville and head out on the reclaimed rail tracks -a very easy, flat ride through the farmlands along the Lamoille River. Have lunch and sample beer at the Brewery !
