This is a great option for folks who like having more local and organic options while they are shopping, but the store does a great job offering something for everyone whatever your budget may be.

169 Cherry StThis is our favorite breakfast and brunch spot. Everything is good here, and they have classic breakfast options as well as unique things you don't find many other breakfast places (gingerbread pancakes, eggs benedict, tofu scramble, chicken liver toast, etc.)
Verita is only abut a 4 minute walk from our home, and is delicious! They offer traditional Italian charcuterie and flatbread style pizzas that will knock your socks off. Their flavor combinations are creative and delicious. We sometimes just go for the drinks and appetizers, but this is also a great option for a full sit-down dinner.

One of the most well known restaurants in Burlington, and for good reason. Awesome flatbread style pizzas, salads, and a great beer selection (they run their own brewery). This is a great option for larger groups and families.

Duino offers a creative menu and a funky vibe. My favorite thing to get here is their Volcano Fries: A mountain of hand-cut frites & sweets with black beans, house-pickled onions & jalapeños, avocado, pineapple salsa & butternut squash gravy. If this doesn't entice you, I don't know what will!

Located just a block from our house, it's a perfect option when you want to eat great but don't want a long wait. We also recommend calling for take-out, since you can walk and the food is still hot when you get home!

This is an easy hike along one of the bays off Lake Champlain. You don't gain much elevation on this, so it may be more of a walk in the woods than a hike. Perfect for the whole family!

You can head either direction along the water and will get great views along the way! In the warmer months, you're sure to find athletes, romantics, artists and tourists alike, all enjoying this special place. The long, green lawns are perfect for a picnic and blanket or a game of frisbee!
This hike is short but gets steep at points. You can reach the top by hiking through the woods, or walking up a road. At only 25 minutes out of Burlington, this is a nice option for anyone looking to get their heart-rate up and catch some views of Chittenden County.

This is a good option for late night drinking if you don't mind a more energized crowd, a louder environment, pool tables & foosball. They do late night pizza here, too, which is often a much appreciated addition to any time spent out on the town here.
It's a dive. Cheap drinks and free pool on Main St.
Stop in just for one or stay til last call, either way, we recommend an Emily Fell Off The Wagon.
