Formerly known as Tri-State, Trine is a small, private liberal arts school that is a growing and vibrant part of our community.
It’s home to Zollner Golf Course, an 18 hole championship quality course open to the public, Thunder Ice Arena which has public free skates during the week and is home to Trine’s men and women’s teams. The T. Furth Performing Arts Center which features a first class theater that attracts a number of diverse entertainment options throughout the year.

Pokagon is only a short 10 minute drive to our north. A must see spot for anyone who loves the outdoors.
The Nature Center is open year round and is staffed by park rangers who offer all you want to know about our local flora and fauna.
Pokagon is also home to a fabulous toboggan run open from November through early Spring. The track is refrigerated so not dependent on snow fall. Rent your toboggan and slip slide down the track to get your heart started!
The Pokagon Inn offers a pretty good Sunday brunch in their dining room for those who like to sleep in on Sunday mornings.
Horseback riding and hiking are also big favorites at Pokagon.

A really neat little hidden gem. Totally refurbished 1930’s era movie house with state of the art projection and audio. First-run movies at a ridiculously low price with a great concession stand and a full bar to boot!

Upscale dining in downtown Angola. Friendly staff, varied menu, pretty good wine list and great value. Dine on the patio if weather permits or their comfortable dining room. Everything on the menu is very good. They have never disappointed.
