This gym is a short bus ride away (10 minutes). I work here so let me know if you want to go. It is pay as you go providing circuit, cycle, pilates, yoga and TRX classes. The food is delicious. You can also shower and change in comfort with big white fluffy towels and hair products.

45 Phillimore WalkThis gym is a short bus ride away (10 minutes). I work here so let me know if you want to go. It is pay as you go providing circuit, cycle, pilates, yoga and TRX classes. Head here for a run. Go along the river from Hammersmith Bridge, heading west, to Barnes Bridge, cross over and run back. This is a 10k run from the house. If you carry on to Putney Bridge this is closer to a 15k run. If you head from Putney Bridge down to Kew and back this is a 20k run.
