Popular Asian-fusion eatery known for gourmet-style ramen noodle soups, dumplings, sake & cocktails. Toki Underground is a local hotspot on H ST known to have people waiting. Doors open at 5pm for dinner, but there is usually already a line that starts around 4:15pm or 4:30pm. After admitting the first group, the host collects names and cell phone numbers to make the waiting list, then you are free to wait elsewhere until seating was available. This means that if you don't see a line, there may still be a number of people ahead of you on the waiting list. They do not take reservations. Its first come first serve. Its best to stop here when you're not on a set scheduled with no time to wait. Its a small venue with limited seating, but well-worth the wait.
