Go and explore the beautiful Jonkeshoek Waterfalls. The first waterfall is only a 35 minute easy walk and for the more fit, the second waterfall is about an hour and a half which involves more climbing. Just note that the road that you drive on to get to the hiking trial is pretty rough. Low cars will struggle to get over some rocks and bumps. There is a R40 per person entrance fee.

Our all time favorite. Go and sit under beautiful oak trees at the deli where the food and wine and atmosphere is a real treat. The deli is well priced and won't break the budget. They also offer picnic baskets where you and relax in their beautiful gardens.
