Fremantle Has everything you need from food, retail, markets and night life.
An uber costs less than parking so for $9 you can jump in an Uber and be in the heart of Fremantle in 8mins.
The bus to Fremantle is a 5 min walk from the house

Parks & Nature
Who wouldn't love South Beach. This is perfect for swimming almost all year round though winter may be a little chilly you will notice a few hearty souls jumping in!
Perfect for picnics, swimming, SUP. There is a basketball court, ride/run/walk track all the way to Coogee.
easy walk (approx 25 mins) or drive (5 mins)

Who wouldn't love South Beach. This is perfect for swimming almost all year round though winter may be a little chilly you will notice a few hearty souls jumping in!

easy walk (approx 25 mins) or drive (5 mins)
Off the tourist track is Coogee beach. We often walk over the Manning Park stairs and over to Coogee - approx 1/2 hour walk. there is a man made beach which is perfect for families looking for a beach swim but don't want to brave the beach and waves.
There is also a Dome and small supermarket :)

Coogee Beach Cafe
4 Powell RdOff the tourist track is Coogee beach. We often walk over the Manning Park stairs and over to Coogee - approx 1/2 hour walk. there is a man made beach which is perfect for families looking for a beach swim but don't want to brave the beach and waves.
There is also a Dome and small supermarket :)

The Fremantle line takes you straight to Perth and everywhere in between and beyond. You can purchase train tickets at the station but make sure you give yourself time before departure as there is always a small line of people purchasing tickets :) Trains run frequently.
We recommend training to Perth as parking in Perth City is pleasant on the wallet!
