Large inner city green space. You can rent bikes or choose from several cafes and a restaurant to have a relaxed lunch. Walk the bike track around the park perimeter or explore the crisscrossing tangle of off-road tracks. See the manicured flower beds that change with the seasons or walk with the gaggles of large geese next to the ponds spread throughout the parklands. See Sydney's largest colony of flying foxes in there daytime roost in the trees, wait until sunset to witness them take flight in billowing swirl of black and brown.
