Often cited as the best ice cream in Colorado, this is where you go if you want to step outside standard sweet ice cream flavors. They have 4 core flavors that are all delicious, but the other 20+ options (including at least 2 sorbets and 2 vegan flavors) are constantly changing. They close for a month in the winter, but are open the rest of the year and are by far our favorite ice cream shop in Denver.
