Capture scenes from the streets of San Telmo with guidance from a local artist dedicated to exploring Argentine life. I’ll lead you through sketching vignettes from the bustling Mercado de San Telmo and painting an authentic Argentine symbol at my nearby studio. • Start at the Mercado de San Telmo, where you’ll observe and sketch daily scenes that define this iconic neighborhood. I’ll provide all the art materials you’ll need. • Head to my atelier, just a few blocks away, where I’ll guide you through the process of creating a 30x30cm acrylic painting of an Argentine icon of your choice. • We’ll wrap up the session by sharing our final designs over a classic Buenos Aires drink. I’ll share some recommendations for further exploration in San Telmo. Finish your piece with traditional Guarani techniques like burnishing and polishing to highlight its unique texture. Place your creations in the wood-fired kiln, where they will bake overnight. It has a specific way of preparing it that comes from the natives of these lands and it is done in the form of a ritual. We invite you to be part of a mate ritual, just like we do every day. We will gather around a table to begin the mate ritual. With an introductory talk, we will tell you about the origin of mate, the legends about mate and what it means for Argentines through our personal experiences. Next, we will provide you with all the necessary elements to prepare a good mate, we will explain how the mate is prepared, all the specific rules that are followed in the mate rituals, as well as the different variations it contains. Then we will get to work, each one preparing their own mate, under our supervision and accompaniment. Then you will have a mate prepared by yourselves. We are going to try different types of mate, mate with herbs, sweet mate, cooked mate and even tereré. Always accompanied by the typical Argentine biscuits.

Experiencia de Tango en Buenos Aires

Animate a bailar el tango en el corazón de San Cristóbal, barrio típico de tangueros . En un hermoso salón que tenemos en nuestra casa , casona típica del 1900, con la estructura arquitectónica de las casas en la que los primeros inmigrantes descubrieron el tango. Desde nuestra experiencia tanguera con 20 años de trayectoria nos sumergiremos en la esencia de los movimientos básicos para desarrollar los primeros pasos de esta sensual danza. Junto con esto podrás disfrutar de probar el famoso vino malbec y las exquisitas empanadas argentinas. Todo esto en un ambiente agradable y distendido en el que aprenderás bailando las orquestas típicas de Tango Argentino. A modo de cierre especial haremos una exhibición donde mostraremos un poco el tango social , de salón y también el tango fantasía .

Nos reunimos en Las Meninas Galeria. Tendremos un modelo vivo hombre o mujer, musica y algo para beber. Comenzaremos presentandonos y compartiendo la dinamica de la experiencia. Les brindaré los materiales artísticos, junto con las indicaciones para usarlos, y juntos vamos a interpretar y dibujar la belleza del cuerpo humano que estamos observando. Las sesiones se realizan con estilo academico y al desnudo preferentemente, para el caso de grupos o presencia de menores, el desnudo puede omitirse o reemplazarse por retrato de rostro. El dibujo y la pintura, son formas de expresarnos, no importa cuanto sepamos de arte o cuan bien dibujemos, solo que nos permitamos vivirlo divirtiendonos. Empeza a dibujar o mejora tu tecnica , disfruta del arte en Buenos Aires con esta experiencia encantadora. No requiere experiencia en arte o dibujo. Nos encontraremos en el Lobby del Museo, tan pronto el grupo este completo, comenzaremos nuestra experiencia recorriendo toda la muestra. Vamos a intercambiar opiniones e inerpretaciones sobre las obras de la muestra, hablaremos sobre las tecnicas, materiales e intentaremos descubrir lo que busca mostrarnos el Artista. Tan pronto elijamos una obra de modelo para nuestro dibujo, tomaremos asiento en las areas permitidas y les proveere de los materiales de arte necesarios. Realizaremos bocetos con carbonilla, acuarelas y pasteles al oleo; no se requiere ninguna experiencia, tan solo buscaremos inspirarnos y divertirnos dibujando a nuestro propio ritmo y estilo.
