Redecorated sunny loft with a view of Vail ski trails through floor-to-ceiling windows. Easy access to Vail Village, the ski mountain, hiking trails, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and FUN.
Fully-equipped kitchen, including espresso machine.
Free parking + Free town bus that runs until 2am - you could park your car and not drive for your whole vacation, if you wanted to!
During warmer months, relax with a cup of coffee or refreshing adult beverage on the mountain-view balcony.
Recently renovated and redecorated, this modern mountain loft will be your home in West Vail with a great open feel. High ceilings and the south-facing windows provide lots of natural light and views of the slopes of Vail Resort.
The bistro table set on the balcony is great for relaxing with a drink or snack during the warmer months, while looking out at Vail mountain.
THE BEDROOM is the upstairs loft:
→ Queen Bed with memory foam mattress
→ Views out to the slopes of Vail.
→ Hardwood floors
→ Sleeper Sofa for additional sleeping down in the living room:
equivalent to a full-size bed (it's as long as a queen, but as wide as a full; 80"x55"). This sleeper sofa is not like a typical pull-out couch; it's actually quite comfortable, with no springs to cause pressure points. As a bed, it's on the firm side, so I've provided a memory foam mattress topper, in case you prefer your bed to be a bit softer.
For a spa-like experience, the walk-in slate tile shower is equipped with a luxurious rain shower head.
Let your inner chef out: the kitchen is equipped with a basic assortment of cooking tools: pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups/spoons, a toaster, blender, etc.
→ Coffee-Lovers: there is a Nespresso machine with aeroccino so that you can enjoy a nice espresso beverage in the morning with frothed milk. When I'm in town I keep a small assortment of coffee pods available, but if I've been gone for a while and many guests have stayed, I can't guarantee that there will still be pods available, so bring your own if you have favorites (the machine takes the original style Nespresso pods).
There is a TV hung on the wall, with a Roku attached. It's set up with Netflix, HBO Go, and an assortment of other streaming channels (FX NOW, FOX NOW, ESPN, ABC, A&E, History Channel, CNN, Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior, ABC News, and PBS, to name a few).
Please note that there isn't cable/satellite service here (but who has time for TV when there's so much to do outside!).
Full use of the condo and free parking for 1 vehicle on-site.
This is my home away from home, and when I'm not using it, I want guests to feel like it's their home too. So, pre-arrival I'll provide you with all pertinent information via email, phone, or messages in order to get you to the condo and settled in. After that, I'm available by phone/SMS, messages and email, should you have questions or concerns.
The condo's WiFi can be slow during really busy times, so please just be aware of that.
4% Vail Sales Tax will be collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center as part of the booking process. Although Airbnb is automatically collecting Colorado Sales Tax, Eagle County Sales Tax, and Vail Marketing District (lodging) Tax, they are not collecting Town of Vail sales tax that is required by law, so I need to collect it manually. Your booking with me is not considered completed (and access to the loft will not be provided) until the 4% Vail sales tax has been paid. Thank you for your understanding.
Tax is calculated on the total for lodging and cleaning, not Airbnb fees.

Before requesting to book please make sure that you completed the government ID verification on your profile. I require that verification and a completed profile from anyone booking a stay in my home.
This is my home for part of the year, so I expect my guests to also treat it like their home; with care and respect.
No smoking of any kind in the condo. If you must smoke, go for a walk up the street, since smoking outside the building will still cause smoke to go into windows and doors of other units. Do not bring any smoking paraphernalia into the condo. Dispose of your cigarettes, cigars, bongs, etc. in the dumpster at the top of the driveway (NOT the trash cans in the condo). The smell of these items will get into the walls, furniture, carpets, etc. and is not easy to remove. If additional cleaning is required in order to remove smells, the costs will be charged to you.
No pets are allowed, per the bylaws of the condo association. No exceptions.
Remove shoes, boots, etc. prior to entering the condo. There is a nice rack outside the condo to hang skis and a nook just inside the door for boots, bags, etc. Do not lean skis/snowboards against the wall! (it adds scuffs and scrapes off the paint) Please either store skis outside, in your vehicle, on the deck, carefully in the closet, or on the floor under the stairs.
If you use the fireplace, you are expected to know how to safely and properly use a fireplace (open the flue before lighting a fire, close it after the fire is out). DO NOT leave a fire unattended. Be sure all flames and embers have completely extinguished before going to bed or leaving the loft. Finally, you must empty the fireplace after use. If the cleaners have to spend a lot of extra time on the fireplace, you will be charged extra for their time.
Only those guests included on the reservation may stay in the condo. If your group makeup should change after your reservation, immediately update the host.
Quiet hours: since there are year-round residents living in this building who have to wake up for work in the morning, please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Owner's personal closet in the loft is locked, and as such is off-limits to guests. Forced entry into this area is cause for immediate termination of your reservation without refund, and you will be charged for damage and/or missing items. Amount will be deducted from Security Deposit and if cost exceeds Security Deposit amount you will be responsible for paying the balance to Host.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. (This goes without saying, but just to be clear...)
