JRAC Manhattan Realty LLC , is the company name of Central Park Furnished studio apartment rentals. not 24 hr accessible , office open weekdays 9am to 4pm - no weekends - ( request weekdays to get a better response) This is a walk up building, No doorman or bellman service, you have keys to your apt to come and go as you please , you can receive packages and mail during office hours. Check in time is from 11am to 4pm weekdays , after hours you pick up keys at location few blocks away. One block from Subway B and C at 103rd street station. Lock out fee is $75 , no fee no keys . NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS (no friends, company, gift booking)- IT MUST BE MADE FOR YOU - Parents can contact for children ) . ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. service animals must be with a tenant who is clinically impaired. we will cancel without refund. ( Currently we are not accepting reservation 2 months out from date , you can check back for availability , looking for immediate or closer to date)
