You stumbled on it… a LARGE (835 sq ft) 1 Bedroom / 2 full bath condo in the Corral at Breckenridge.

This is a rare and wonderful unit where our guests can walk out the door and be on Main St. (near the Breckenridge Brewery and Pub) in less than two minutes. You can also be in the center of the Clocktower Plaza area within in about a 5-minute walk.
The master has a king bed (on a mechanical base) making working from bed a treat! We have a sleeper sofa - but most find that the two foam mattresses we provide (with bedding) to be the best option.
For those wanting to work from this condo, we have 'private' high-speed internet and can provide an additional work table for the bedroom so two people can be working (one in the main living area and one in the bedroom). However, one person can also work from bed where we have a very comfortable mattress on a mechanical base so you can sit up in bed and work on your laptop. (trust me, you will LOVE this way of working ;-).
Parking: There is an assigned spot outside of our single garage. Unfortunately, there is not enough space in the garage for your vehicle. However, you can use it to store bikes and or ski gear. Your designated parking space is right outside the garage. THE DRIVEWAY IS HEATED SO PARKING OUTSIDE IS REALLY NICE!
The kitchen is fully stocked with new utensils, new pans, ninja blender, chef knives, etc... This works great for either short - or longer stays, where guests wish to enjoy a larger open-concept space to cook and relax. The living area in this unit is as large as the two and three-bedroom units in this complex.
COVID-19 NOTE: Hot tubs are currently closed. Enhanced cleaning practices in place.
UNIT HIGHLIGHTS:
- All TP, soap, towels, bed linens, etc... provided (for a weeks stay - then you are on your own ;-)
