We will take a taxi that will take us to the outskirts of the city of Trinidad, where in the first place we will go to the viewpoint of El Valle de los Ingenios, where we will be able to appreciate this geographical area and I will be able to explain its characteristics in detail, it is important to highlight that in this area, the largest sugar production in Cuba and the world was developed in the first half of the 19th century. Then we will go to the old sugar plantation and industry San Isidro de los Destiladeros, created in the late eighteenth century, today is one of the most important active archaeological sites in Cuba, in this place you can see, at the archaeological level, the ruins of the industrial part of an old cane plantation, it is very interesting because most of these sites only conserve the house where the owners of the plantation lived, here you can understand how was the process of sugar production in the nineteenth century. Later we will go to Manaca Iznaga, another old cane plantation, here we will be able to take a tasty cane juice (Guarapo), besides, if you wish, we can climb Manaca Iznaga tower and we will have magnificent views of the Valley.

I am married and have lived in Trinidad all my life, study at the University of Computer Science in Havana and when I graduated I returned to my hometown.
