If you want to get moving on your trip to Tokyo, kickboxing training is a great way to do so! No matter if you are an inexperienced fighter or a professional, you can practice kickboxing.
We will decide the training menu according to your physical fitness and skill level.
If you usually practice kickboxing or Muay Thai, we will do the usual stretching, warm-up, and shardboxing, and then have sessions of pat training, defense, technique exercises, and sparring with our gym members and trainers.
If you are a kickboxing beginner, we will do 3 minutes and 1 round interval training, so the first 3 minutes will be stretching, then the trainer will explain the basics of kickboxing, such as how to stand, stance, punch and kick, and the actual kickboxing movements Then, the trainer will show us the basic kickboxing movements.
After that, we will work on punching bags, pad training, combination techniques, sparring, etc., depending on your fitness, technique, and physical condition.
You can take a break or stop practicing during the session if you want.
You will also have the opportunity to speak with members of our kickboxing gym if the opportunity arises.
Other Notes
Please wear comfortable clothes on the day of the event.
Tattooed people can also use the service without having to hide their tattoos.
