展示內容著重在台灣歷史，包括多民族長時間與台灣自然環境互動的歷史。另外也包括台灣對外關係、台灣各族群、以及現代化的台灣等多項展覽主題。濃濃的台南味，走進去彷彿進入時光機倒退到古代的台灣呢！
