Another classic pastry shop, in front St. Matthias Church, located in the Castle District. The pastries were so tasty that Elizabeth (Sissi), Austrian Empress and Queen of Hungary (1837-1898) sent couriers to get cakes for her breakfast.

Old cake shop in the castle district. Although quite touristy now, it still gives a glimpse of the city's past as sleepy little german town. Also supposedly where Linzer cookies originate from.
