The Cultural Center - The Cultural Center been serving Port Charlotte and the surrounding community with educational, recreational, social and entertainment activities since 1961. More than 12,000 happenings go on each year on our 90,000 square-foot campus. The Cultural Center enriches the lives of our residents and visitors by offering a theater, The Learning Place - for the Arts, Academics, Dance and Exercise; Beaches Cafe - for delicious breakfast and lunch; and unique shopping in the Thrift and Gift shops onsite. We can also accommodate seminars, banquets, and gatherings of any size in our adjustable 7,200 square foot conference center. Over 12,000 happenings for the young and young at heart in education, recreation and social activities. Theater performances, expos, classes, restaurant, shopping and an assortment of card games and hobby clubs and so much more.

500 seat theater with scheduled performances, places to eat, thrift shops, bingo and much more. Also, right next door is one of Port Charlotte's Public Libraries.
