The local Wilmington version of Whole Foods. Local items as well as organic staples. Located right below a yoga studio and next to one of our local bakeries, this place has a huge, nice outdoor seating area for you to enjoy your lunch (yes, they have a hot bar, cold bar, and make sandwiches) and they have the Wilmington Farmers' Market every Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
