Het Internationaal Gerechtshof (ook wel Internationaal Hof van Justitie genoemd; Frans: Cour internationale de justice; Engels: International Court of Justice, ICJ) is het belangrijkste gerechtelijke orgaan binnen de Verenigde Naties. Het hof houdt zich bezig met rechtsgeschillen tussen staten. Het bestaat uit 15 rechters die worden gekozen door de Algemene Vergadering en de Veiligheidsraad.
