Incredible natural history and science museum. The Witte Museum was established in 1926 and is located in Brackenridge Park in San Antonio, Texas. It is dedicated to telling the stories of Texas, from prehistory to the present.
Founded in 1926, the Witte Museum is where Nature, Science and Culture Meet, through the lens of Texas Deep Time, and the themes of Land, Water and Sky.
A 7 minute walk, just across Broadway. It's a great place for kids and adults to spend an afternoon. Check out the website for currently featured exhibitions.
