Bonefish Grill, Starbucks, Game Stop, Safeway, Noodles & Co., Avenue, Ross, Home Goods, World Market, Giant, car wash, gas station - a very nice, newer area. Fairfax Connector busses run to this area.

It has everything you need in one location, from budget places (Subway, Chipotle, Dominoes Pizza, Pizza Metro) to an expensive budget (One pizza, Grill, Taichi Food, etc), shop cloth (Ross, TJ max, Marshall, Khols), shop furniture (World Market, Lazy Boy, Ashley, Ross), movie theather, frozen yogurt, banks, etc. Also you can access by bus comes from Van Dorn Metro Station, Franconia-Springfield Metro Station and Huntington Metro Station. If you live near by, you can walk-out because it has plenty of paved sidewalks.
