This location in the I-D is the biggest one and so very fast. Order everything, but especially the Q-bao. They come as an order of four, but you’ll probably want all four to yourself. Those juicy meat pillows. And the xiao long bao (soup dumplings). And the crisp, pickled cucumbers. Even the sesame dressing that goes with the A-choy salad. Seriously, order everything.

Delicious steamed, boiled, and fried dumplings of all varieties can be found in this local favorite restaurant. Reasonable prices and nice variety of Chinese food/appetizers in addition to dumplings can be had. Just a short 3 blocks from the Panama hotel.

Very popular local Dumpling chain. excellent service, clean and very gringo- friendly. (Meaning that they will help newbies order etc). Several locations around the city including Chinatown, Tukwilla and Bellevue
